Mistaken for kiddie beauty pageant organizers in the town of Happy, Texas, Harry and Wayne find themselves teaching girls comportment and planning a pageant. They try to get along with each other,  fend off a sheriff (William H. Macy) with the hots for Harry, and a local teacher (Illeana Douglas). And figure a way out of their mess.
